22% of the chef’s first-year base salary.

Search Retainer

A $5,000 retainer begins the search and is fully credited toward the placement fee.

Placement Stewardship

Six months of support following placement, including one qualifying replacement search, subject to the engagement agreement.

Professionals pay no registration or placement fees.
